Registration

We ask all of our families be considerate of the community with regards to sickness. Sick Policy (refer to the family handbook for more information): We wish everyone optimal health this year, but we know illnesses sometimes occur. If anyone in your household has been vomiting, diarrhea, exhibited bacterial or viral symptoms, had a fever, or could be considered contagious, please do not bring your student to school until all symptoms have subsided in your home for at least 2 days.

I hereby agree to be responsible for the conduct and actions of my child and to release Athenaeum of Central Mississippi from any claims and demands that may occur during participation in Athenaeum of Central Mississippi classes each week while on premises.

Furthermore, I agree to release Athenaeum of Central Mississippi and its employees and will hold them harmless from any liability which may arise from incidents, illness, or accidents involving my child and myself while on Athenaeum of Central Mississippi's premises, to the extent allowed by law.

This release form will be valid for this child for the duration of their enrollment in Athenaeum of Central Mississippi.

Prior to submitting your child’s pre-registration, please read and agree to the following terms:

TUITION PAYMENTS
There is a $20 per student pre-registration and processing fee. Tuition is $4000 yearly per student and a $250 registration fee per family.

Please note that if, for any reason, your child is unable to finish out the school year, you are still financially responsible for the full school year. We use your payment commitment to guarantee our teachers' salaries, rental contracts and liability insurance contract for the school year. Your submission of this form is acceptance of your financial commitment.

We ask for your help in paying your tuition promptly as it is extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable for us to have to track down payments. Late payments are subject to a $50 late fee.

Tuition payments will be made through an automatic draft, set up during registration.
Payment scheduling must be made before the registration process is complete.

REGISTRATION FEE
The once-per-school-year registration fee is for all students. The registration fee is $250 per family and will be invoiced after your preregistration form and student(s) is accepted. The registration fee is a non-refundable fee per school calendar year.

SUPPLY FEES
The supply fees are due once per year in December as your tuition for that month. The supply fees are non-refundable and helps to cover the cost of all the supplies the students will use during the semester.

*Please note that we are unable to hold your child's spot for classes until the Registration Fee has been paid. Thank you.

-Non-Discrimination Policy
Athenaeum of Central Mississippi admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Athenaeum of Central Mississippi welcomes individuals with neurodiversity, while realizing that the program is not a one-size-fits-all and may not work for some individuals who are neurodiverse. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national/ethnic origin, or disability in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
-Hate-Speech and Bullying Policy
Athenaeum of Central Mississippi has a zero-tolerance policy for hate-speech and bullying. If a student is guilty of such behavior as determined by the Director, teachers, or staff, the student will not be allowed to attend Athenaeum of Central Mississippi effective immediately.
